Shipping policy

Dispatch

We are responsible for the correct shipment of your order. All ordered parts are neatly packaged in a box that is large and sturdy enough, with sufficient packaging material around it.

We ship with PostNL, packages are collected daily by PostNL, and are generally delivered the next working day. Packages sent on Friday generally arrive on Saturday, but can sometimes come after the weekend.
If you want delivery with DHL or UPS, please contact us.

As soon as the package is ready for shipping, you will immediately receive the shipping confirmation from us and the corresponding tracking code will follow shortly thereafter. The package will be picked up the same day by PostNL, via the received tracking code you can follow the package at all times.
The packages are picked up at 16:00, the tracking link generally follows later in the evening or at night.

Delivery time

There is a difference in the delivery time per supplier, depending on the stock. Stock items are sent the same working day if ordered on time. For each product it is indicated whether this is in stock, or it is specified what the expected delivery time is when this is not in stock.

We take the greatest care for the correct sending of all items. Use is made of sturdy boxes, which are spacious enough and in which everything is packed firmly. If, despite the fact that damage will occur to the shipment, take photos of this during unpacking, without these photos we cannot process a claim. Damage by Transport must be reported within three calendar days after receipt including photos, outside that period we unfortunately can no longer reimburse transport damage.
