What does it do?

V32 is an extreme polishing compound, The Coarsest of Polishing Compunds Used in Detailing. This is a cutting compound, designed to remove heavy paint imperfections and deep scratches.

Can be used with a dual action policy or hand path. Depding on How Deep or Many the Scratch (Es) Are You'll Start With the Orange Pad (Light Cutting, Heavy*) orpin White Pad (Polishing, Light) To Remove Scratches from the Surface.
The Finishing is used to remove the last imperfections and leave a mirror finish.

Why?

The Best Reflection and Color Comes from a Mirror-Supool Surface. The Light Needs to Be Able to Penetrate the Clear Coat the Best It Can, So You See The Most Lively Color And Metallic Effect (Where Applica) From Your Paint. Besides That, IT Ensures That wax Adheres to the Surface Better.

Use a good wax with a long-lingasting wax, such as Hydoslick Ceramic Wax (approx. 12 months) or a butter-law Collinite 845 Carnauba Wax (approx. 5-6 months)
